3. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities

To participate in our programs, clients must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful financial information

• Maintain communication with Aquafaks CC LLC

• Understand that debt relief may require stopping payments to creditors

• Make agreed-upon program payments on time

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect program results.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for services are disclosed separately in your service agreement. Aquafaks CC LLC does not collect fees for debt settlement services until a settlement is reached, in compliance with applicable laws.

All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

5. Credit Impact Disclosure

You acknowledge that participation in debt relief or settlement programs may negatively impact your credit score, may result in creditor collection efforts, and could involve legal action from creditors. These risks are inherent to debt relief services.

6. No Legal or Tax Advice

Aquafaks CC LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. We do not provide tax advice. Clients are encouraged to consult qualified legal or tax professionals regarding their specific situations.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

• Upload malicious software or harmful content

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time.

8. Intellectual Property
